Full insurance

All of our rental cars have full insurance. Customer’s commitment ceiling for renting economy cars is 300€ and in the case of any accidents, no extra charges will be received from customers.

Is there a contract and official invoice when renting a car?

Yes, at the pick-up time, you will receive an official contract and invoice.

How long is the minimum rental period?

The minimum rental period for self-drive cars is 3 days. Cars and Vans with a driver are hourly and daily.

Can I get the car at my desired location in Iran?

We deliver the cars at the IKA (airport) or customer’s accommodation location anywhere in Tehran.

Delivery is also available in other cities such as Shiraz, Isfahan, Yazd, Bandar Abbas, Tabriz, and Kerman. When you complete the reservation form, Customer Service Team will contact you for pick-up time and location.

How can I reserve a car?

How can I find you at the pick -up time at the airport?

We are aware of your arrival by your ticket information and will be waiting for you holding a paging board.

Are the cars covered by full insurance?

All of our vehicles are covered by the most complete and highest level of CDW insurance and you don’t need to pay more for car insurance.

What will happen if the car breaks down?

All vehicles are produced newly and if any technical problem happens, we will provide customer service less than 45 minutes anywhere. In addition, if the problem is not fixable, we will change the car in less than 24 hours.

How much is the deposit to rent a car?

The amount of deposit for renting a car is only 300€ and after returning your rental car, the entire amount of the deposit will be fully refunded to you, and no amount will be retained by the company as an expense.

What documents are needed to rent a car without a driver?

– A copy of passport

– 300 euros as deposit (will be returned to the customer at the drop off time)

– Copy of your driver’s license (international or local)

– Return flight ticket

Should I pay for canceling my car rental reservation?

25% of the total rental cost which will be charged at first, is not refundable.
