Today I got my copy of the book – “See you in Iran”. On page 22 was my posting. In this posting I talked about how my Iranian wife, Mariam, told me to find the “Iran not on TV”. I found it! Unfortunately I also found what my country has done to the people of Iran. In my posting I said I was amazed at how many Iranians embraced this American when I visited Esfahan but also said I was sorry. Those words are truer now than the few years ago when I made the posting. I am truly sorry for what my country was wrought on the beautiful people of Iran, more so now than ever before.
