At See You at Book Club’s intimate first gathering members discussed the globally-oriented nature of the book club, the issue of (mis)translation and the policy that the discussions will be in English. It was a thrilling first meeting and which ultimately culminated into choosing the book September’s See You at Book Club meeting: the graphic novel Persepolis (Pt. I + II) by Marjan Satrapi.
