We, Pascal Michaille and I spent 10 days recently in Iran with our 2 boys (13 and 15 y.o), all by ourselves and without any travel agency. What a wonderful experience! It was our first time in this country we wished to visit for a long time. We’ve not been disappointed at all. On the contrary: Iranians are so kind with foreigners…and so curious! We have constantly been a subject of attraction and care in every town we visited (Tehran, Yazd, Shiraz, Persepolis), especially in Esfahan. Two tv shows interviewed us (answers in farsis 😉).
Mosques and palaces are so beautiful. We went also in the Yazd desert.
We advice every european family to dare travelling in this safe country for an unforgettable experience.
