See You in Iran team recently paid a visit to Puppet Museum Hostel with which a collaboration has initiated. We arrived in Kashan just after midday. Needless to say, the weather was unbearably hot. We got to the Puppet Museum Hostel where we were greeted by the staff and Amir. After having lunch and resting for a bit, Amir Sohrabi, the founder and manager of the hostel announced that there will be a puppet show in the basement where they have set up their stage. Afterwards we toured the museum while Amir told us the origins of their puppet and toy collection. During our stay our teams became familiar with each other and we discussed our goal and aspiration which was centered on challenging Iranophobia within collective framework. Channeling travelers to routs that can end up empowering the local communities. underprivileged communities that are of great cultural value but have been deteriorating due to faulty outlook of policies. Supporting local arts and crafts in a way that the artists and crafts men and woman benefit directly from it. These were a few topics that popped up during our conversations and helped us to become better acquainted with each other. We invited them to repay the visit in Tehran at See You in Iran hostel.

مشارکت جمعی در مسیر مبارزه با ایران‌هراسی
پس از آغاز همکاری، تیم See You in Iran از خانه عروسک و اسباب‌بازی دیدن کرد. ما در ظهر سوزان یک روز تابستانی به کاشان رسیدیم و در مهمان خانه موزه عروسک با استقبال گرم امیر و سایر اعضا مواجه شدیم. امیر سهرابی، مدیر و موسس مجموعه بعد از نهار و کمی استراحت، همه ی اعضا را به اجرای برنامه خیمه شب بازی دعوت کرد. سپس با توضیحاتی درباره تاریخ و داستان عروسکها ما را در تور موزه همراهی کرد. در طول اقامت اعضای دو تیم با یکدیگر آشنا شدند و در مورد اهداف و آرمان‌های یکدیگر که مبنی بر اقدامات مشارکتی در جهت به چالش کشیدن ایران‌هراسی، هدایت مسافران به سمت قدرتمندسازی جوامع محلی با فرهنگی غنی که به دلیل رویکردهای نادرست رو به نابودی هستند و یا حمایت از بهرمندی مستقیم هنرمندان محلی از صنایع دستی منطقه خود، صحبت کردند.
این صحبت‌ها باعث شد تا با یکدیگر بیشتر آشنا شویم و این‌بار ما از آنها دعوت کردیم تا بازدید ما را در هاستل See You in Iran پس دهند.
