“Ahmad, 17, born in the city of Sarbaz, Sistan Baluchestan Province, carries goods from a truck to a container. He moved with his family to Chabahar ten years ago. After falling behind with education for years, he now goes to school. In the summer, he works at the warehouse section of the free trade zone.
Chabagar Free Trade Zone—a place with diverse range of jobs and human conditions, is an improper showcase for the underprivileged province of Sistan Baluchestan. There is no standard air conditioning in factories and industrial sheds, therefore jobs in most parts of this area are among most difficult jobs.”

«احمد، ١٧ ساله، متولد شهرستان سرباز سيستان و بلوچستان، درحال خالى‌كردن بار از كاميون به كانتينر است. ده سال پيش با خانواده به چابهار مهاجرت كرده و پس از چند سال بازماندن از تحصيل، اكنون مدرسه مى‌رود و تابستان‌ها درقسمت انبار منطقه آزاد كار مى‌كند.
منطقه آزاد چابهار، مكانى با تنوع طيف كاربرى و زيستى، براى استان محروم سيستان بلوچستان ويترين نامنتناسبى است. در كارگاه‌ها و سوله‌ها شرايط استاندارد و مطبوع تهويه در نظر گرفته نمى‌شود. از اين رو كار در قسمت بيشترى از اين منطقه جزء مشاغل سخت محسوب مى‌شود.»
