This week we celebrated the 4th anniversary of See You in Iran, and we are delighted to announce an exciting news. During this past year and with the help of all our team members who were with us from the very beginning establishing the Facebook group, until today furthering our initial goals in the physical space of the Kojeen Hostel and Cultural House, we worked on a project to collect and archive all our activities, experiences, efforts and achievements over the course of four years in one place. In the hope of becoming a voice and a social/cultural/regional guide, “See You in Iran Book” would be a tool to bring out Iran from global cultural isolation, and provide diverse, unfiltered and first-hand narratives of life in Iran for the local and global readers, and in the same time challenge the homogeneous and misleading concept of “real Iran”.

این هفته چهار سالگی See You in Iran را جشن می‌گیریم و به همین مناسبت، خبر از یک اتفاق خوب داریم. طی یک سال گذشته، با همکاری همه‌ی بچه‌های تیم از آغاز شکل‌گیری گروه فیس‌بوک تا امروز که در فضای فیزیکی هاستل کوژین و خانه‌ی فرهنگی در کنار هم برای پیش‌برد اهداف اولیه‌مان کار می‌کنیم، پروژه‌ای را پیش بردیم که حاصل تمام فعالیت‌ها، تجربیات، تلاش‌ها و دستاوردهای ما را در طی این سال‌ها به زبان انگلیسی در یک جا جمع و آرشیو می‌کرد. «کتاب See You in Iran» با هدف تبدیل شدن به راهنمایی اجتماعی/فرهنگی/منطقه‌ای و صدایی از ایران، می‌تواند در مسیر بیرون آوردن ایران از انزوای فرهنگی جهانی و ارائه‌ی تصویری متنوع، دست‌اول و فیلتر نشده از زندگی در ایران برای خوانندگان داخلی و خارجی قدم بردارد و در عین حال مفهوم یکسان‌نگر «ایران واقعی» را به چالش بکشد.
